At Total Cleanse UK, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products
- Items not in their original packaging
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please enquire on our contact's page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll happily exchange it. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photo evidence of the damage.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
